Sneak Peek!

My newest design is the cutest! Just so ya'll get as excited as me I'm going to show you a sneak peek of what I've been working on. I must say I am ecstatic how it has come out. I am still making some finishing touches on the pattern but it should be ready to release within the next couple weeks if not sooner so be on the lookout :)

So one of my very very dear and oldest friends is having a baby and it's a BOY!!! I am so happy for her and her husband and I knew I just had to make them something for their new addition. I noticed a lot of their registry items had giraffes on them so I decided I would do something with giraffes. I wracked my brain for over a week trying to decide what to make to send to them. It was obvious I would make a hat (They live in Minot, ND... way too cold for this southern girl!) but I felt the gift needed something else. I absolutely love loveys! They are great comfort blankets to little ones. I couldn't find a pattern I liked so I decided to make one. I am so excited to share the cuteness and the pattern!!

SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER!!

I'm going to make this post short and sweet :) SUMMER IS HERE!! I have been taking classes nonstop trying to finish out my degree and this summer I decided I needed a short break. This is my first summer break in 2 years and I intend on making it fabulously filled with crochet!  Be on the look out for new posts coming soon :)
